Landscape Architecture

​With over 20 years of experience, I've designed landscape projects from small backyards to expansive estates, and parks to large-scale housing developments. My work includes preparing design development, permit submittal and construction drawing packages, while coordinating, contractors, engineers, developers, city departments and clients. All projects displayed here were drown by me, unless stated otherwise.

The Loebel project is a residential renovation project to improve existing decks and pathways around the house, replace stairs from the car port, add new stairs to the house and add new stairs to the adjacent back street. I was responsible for the layout and grading plan and details for construction bids.

Crow Canyon is a small housing development in Castro Valley, CA. I was responsible for producing preliminary design development plans and a complete set of permit drawings for city approval of the proje.

Marina Harbor is a large apartment complex in southern California; I was involved in all phases of the project renovation which included designing and detailing pools, spas, shade structures, raised seating and lawn areas, planting, lighting, tennis courts and ADA  accessible entrances on three existing podiums.The project also included a small park, water features and improving the existing landscape around the fourteen apartment buildings. I was responsible for producing design development plans and a complete set of construction documents.
